Pre-Order Policy

At CardsQuest, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected collectible products. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work and what customers should expect when reserving upcoming releases.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to purchase a product before its official release date.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is expected to become available at a future date.

Pre-order release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize CardsQuest to process payment and reserve the requested product.

3. Release Dates & Delays

Estimated release dates are provided based on information available from manufacturers and suppliers.

CardsQuest is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturer changes

  • Distributor delays

  • Production issues

  • Shipping delays

  • Events outside of our control

If a release date changes, we will update customers when possible.

4. Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped after the product becomes available and arrives at our facility.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together after all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are offered.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted before the product enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Pre-Order Limits

CardsQuest reserves the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair availability for all collectors.

We may cancel or adjust orders that appear to involve:

  • Excessive quantities

  • Reselling activity

  • Fraudulent purchasing behavior

  • Violations of our policies

7. Product Availability

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee immediate availability if unexpected supply issues occur.

If CardsQuest cannot fulfill a pre-order due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be notified and receive an appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.

8. Pricing

Pre-order prices are locked at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

CardsQuest reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
